On the sale front, he utilized social media quite well, did multiple opening houses and was super proactive with prospective buyers. I'm an experienced legal professional and a negotiator and I've worked with a number of professional and real estate agents over the course of time. Thomas embodies a number of core skills of highly effective professionals and good people - someone you want on your side. 1. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and timely. This is good because you want to be able to rely on what he tells you and move things along quickly and effectively. He's a strong marketer, negotiator and manager of your listing. You'll see results, be impressed by his promotional videos (ask him to send one) and innovative negotiating ideas - I know I was and they got the job done well. 2. He is a great listener. Unlike many other agents I've met (and weeded out in the first five minutes), Thomas will sit and listen to what you'd like. He also asks great questions to help you realize your needs and how you can achieve what you're looking for within the timeline you have. In my experience, many other agents try to push you along, Thomas does not. Thomas is there as your partner and joint-problem solving to get you where you want to go. 3. He is a good person. I've gotten to know Thomas personally over the years. Aside from bring a deal to conclusion and impressing me, I can personally say with confidence that Thomas is a person I trust and a person who cares about those we works for. Also, he's extremely personable and kind, always going the extra mile in his personal and professional life. He makes others around him happy and he cares. I encourage you to look at all options, but, I think you'll see, very few agents out there offer the professional competence, robust knowledge base, strong listening and problem solving skills and kind, easy-to-work-with personality that Thomas does.
