Hi, I’m Thomas.  I’ve been a licensed realtor since 2017 and have a track record of success with hundreds of homes sold.

My clients like to work with me for my high-touch communication and commitment to education throughout the real estate process. I take pride in guiding them through every step—including understanding market conditions, navigating the sales process, and understanding contract paperwork.  By keeping my clients well-informed and educated, they’re more confident in their decisions, making the experience both seamless and stress free.

When we have our first meeting, some things that you’ll hear me say are:

“We’ll leave no stone unturned” - When you’re making a big move, you need to know all of your options so that you can pick the best one.  I’ll work hard to find solutions and will hopefully provide some good ideas that you haven’t yet considered.

“When you work with me, you’ll feel no sales pressure” - Don’t you hate it when someone is so obviously trying to sell you something?  Me too!  When you work with me, it doesn’t matter if the transaction takes 1 week or 1 year.  My goal is to get you to the best possible outcome, which I know can sometimes take time.

Throughout my life I’ve always enjoyed being an educator and coach.  In my younger years I was a swimming instructor and lifeguard, I coached master triathlon swimming, and track and field at my old high school (STMC).  At Stonehaus I’ve continued this coaching trajectory, and teach contract class every Monday morning.  To date I’ve taught many agents - both new and experienced - for hundreds of hours.  I’m also a mentor in the Stonehaus Mentorship program, where I help new agents navigate their first few transactions by teaching them my systems and coaching them through the legal aspects of the transaction to help them protect their clients.

In my personal life I love spending time with my wife, Tammy, and our cats.  We love to travel, and have gone on some amazing vacations to Europe and Asia.  We recently did a 7 day hiking trip in the Italian Dolomites which was incredible, and we’re now chatting about a hiking trip in Japan.  One of my biggest passions is long distance endurance sports.  I’ve competed in Ironman Canada three times, and I run multiple trail races each year, ranging from 50-80km - My next goal is to run a 100km race, which will likely happen in 2025.
